About me
My name is Sophya and I'm a storyboard artist, 2D animator and a director.
My masters final film "Floor 43" is being shown at various festivals right now, has gotten awards from Zombiepalooza and Rohip international Festival and has been nominated at the BFI Future Film Festival for Best Micro Short.
I have worked with the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Children's Society, London International Animation Festival and the Lo-Fi Festival.
After university I have done an intense 3 week course with Gobelins called "From Storyboard to Animatic".
I studied in the University of the Arts, London for both my degrees: MA in character animation at Central Saint Martins and BA games design at London College of Communication.
Before moving to London for university, I was in Geneva where I was born and raised.
